Before work starts, I look over the property and pay attention to the surfaces being cleaned, nearby landscaping and anything else that may need extra care.

I pay attention to landscaping, windows, doors, fixtures, painted surfaces and drainage around the area being cleaned.

If I do not think a service makes sense or the project falls outside what I should be doing, I will tell you that too.

15 Years of Home Improvement Experience Came First.
Before Timler Exterior Services became my full-time business, I spent 15 years in the home-improvement industry, including years in management. That gave me extensive experience around building materials, property maintenance, customer service, scheduling and working directly with homeowners.
It also taught me that a good home-service experience is about more than the finished result. Communication, preparation, understanding the materials around the work area and setting clear expectations all matter.
Those lessons became part of how I built Timler Exterior Services. Today I handle the quoting, communication and field work directly so I can stay responsible for the experience from beginning to end.

How Timler Exterior Services Grew.
The business developed from years of home-improvement experience into hands-on exterior cleaning work, repeat customers, referrals and eventually a full-time owner-operated service.
15 Years in Home Improvement.
Long before exterior cleaning became my full-time work, I spent years around home-improvement products, building materials, property maintenance and customer service.
That background still affects how I approach a property today. I want to understand the material before deciding how it should be cleaned.
Turning Experience Into a Local Service Business.
Exterior cleaning gave me a way to combine hands-on work with something I already understood well: helping homeowners take care of their property.
The business grew through residential projects, repeat customers, referrals and homeowners choosing to work with me again.
Owner-Operated by Design.
Timler Exterior Services is now my full-time business, but I have intentionally kept the model personal.
