Service

No — you do not need to be home during your service.

As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a working water source, we can complete your exterior cleaning safely and professionally while you’re away. If you will not be home, please ensure gates are unlocked and any access instructions have been shared ahead of time.

Before we arrive, please:

• Make sure all doors and windows are fully closed.

• Ensure we have clear access to all areas being cleaned.

• Confirm we have access to a working outdoor water source.

• Bring pets and children inside during the service.

Pressure Washing Notes:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing.

• Standard pressure washing does not include removal of rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete residue, or other non-organic staining unless specifically quoted.

• Water plants and landscaping around your home prior to our arrival.

About plants and runoff:
We use a low-pressure soft wash system with cleaning solutions designed to safely remove organic growth from your roof. While we take precautions to protect your landscaping, some runoff is unavoidable. Pre-watering and post-rinsing significantly reduces any risk to plants. If you notice any concerns afterward, please contact us right away so we can address them.

Before we arrive, please:

• Make sure all doors and windows are fully closed.

• Ensure we have access to all windows being cleaned.

• Confirm access to a working outdoor water source.

• Bring pets and children inside.

• Remove window screens prior to our arrival.

• Move patio furniture or decorations blocking window access.

Rain policy:
We clean windows in light rain. Heavy rain may require rescheduling. Rain does not typically dirty freshly cleaned windows.

Window Cleaning Notes:

• Standard window cleaning does not include removal of paint, adhesive, hard water stains, mineral deposits, or construction debris unless quoted separately.

• Some specialty stain removal may require a waiver depending on glass type.

• Let us know which garbage bin you prefer us to use for debris removal (if applicable).

Gutter Cleaning Notes:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing gutter or fascia damage, loose fasteners, rotted wood, or gutters pulling away from the structure.

• Downspout flushing is available as an add-on service and must be requested in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of service.

If you are home, payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home, you will receive an emailed invoice with a secure payment link. Payment is due within three business days of the invoice date.

Commercial services are invoiced with Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You will receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link.
